To sum it up, Adara’s Oasis music video is about two lovers use cosmic powers to escape a band of warlocks to retrieve a relic. Sounds simple enough, right? But hold on. With incredible camera work, we are taken on a journey that leads through a sprawling desert, mountains and forest. The two have to beat a band of evil-looking warlock assassins to a magic stone. Good thing they have cosmic powers themselves. As soon as they get close, the bad guys show up and Adara’s partner throws down in a magic battle. A MAGIC BATTLE! She B-lines it to the stone, connects the stone to her stone, and transcends reality with a blast of purifying light. Sign this nerd up!
Of course, there’s actually quite a lot going on in the story. If you want a more nuanced opinion, I would suggest watching the 
video for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
Adara’s style is a great example of finding your niche as an artist. It’s obvious she loves astronomy, EDM, and storytelling, and has made her art her own. There’s a fascinating connection between these elements; it’s what makes this video so otherworldly. There’s always a demographic for who you are, and Adara knows hers.
