SVRCINA LAUNCHES NEW SINGLE, WHISPERS

Class 2 Alumni, SVRCINA Launches Whispers and we are kind of fangirling at the NU studio. Don’t get us wrong, we’ve been SVRCINA fans for quite some time now. But this new single, Whispers, has us dancing around like we world at Disney World. Whispers encompasses all of the makings of a hit song. From Songwriting, to SVRCINA’s smooth, effortless vocals, and the freshest production (By the powerhouse Josh Hawkins aka Super Duper), this single is the perfect combination of all things right.

Dare we say it, “Whispers” is all around as sonically competitive as anything out in pop music right now. Watch out Biebz, there’s a rapidly rising pop star, by the name SVRCINA, with work ethic, faith and talent that positions her for long term success.

Whispers Become Words

The inspiration for Whispers came when SVRCINA was studying abroad in China. Wanting to infuse the instruments she was inspired by, Josh Hawkins aka Super Duper flawlessly executed that by capturing the vibe SVRCINA was tapping into. But it wasn’t until her writing trip to London, that the lyrics were birthed. Which leaves an intriguing element to this song. The birth of Whispers, between inspiration, production and lyrics, was given life in different locations across the globe. That, to me, is the most intriguing element.

What we are the most impressed with is SVRCINA and her teams rollout strategy on her most recent singles. A genius strategy if you ask us. From “Astronomical”, a simple production showcasing SVRCINA’s insane vocal ability. To “Steady” which is a single that comes with heavy production to match SVRCINA’s, larger than life, voice. Which was a strategic move, preventing fans of becoming stale and also highlighting Svrcina’s versatility.

Then moving to “Flickr”, which is such a fresh, new pop jam produced by SJ featuring Svrcina. Again, solidifying her right to sit alongside any major, pop edm artist on the charts now. And this was all released AFTER she just graduated college. Exposing the fact that she’s not only ridiculously talented but insanely intelligent.
