My new Fitness Book releases May 2. It is entitled: “Health Things You can do in FRONT of the TV”, and I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to do a mention or a book review around Mother’s Day.
As we all know, America tends to be more sedentary than it should, and fitness can be done at home, even as a family event. The book is geared towards beginners who maybe have been scared off by the gym experience, and want to do something at home, or anywhere, and don’t know where to begin. My teaching methods have always been with safety and neutral spine in mind so that people of all ages and levels can get stronger and do it in a safe, effective manner.
