When your Canon printer offline, you may restore online printing by deactivating the option “Use Printer Offline.”
• Locate and choose “Hardware and Sound.”
• Select “Devices and Printers” from the drop-down menu.
• Now, right-click on your Canon printer and select “See What’s Printing” from the drop-down menu.
